Artisan|Train - Keeping you and your staff up to date As companies renew their investment in current technology they must also ensure that their staff are trained in the most efficient use of those products. Artisan has a range of courses available covering popular applications and can tailor these to suit each customer's requirements. Custom courses can also be prepared. Most Courses are of eight hours duration, often conducted over two days, and are usually held at the client's premises. Off-site training facilities are also available. Class sizes are kept small - 6 participants or less - and Course Notes and exercises are provided. Artisan|Train provide the following standard Courses:
Artisan|Train can undertake an assessment process to determine the training needs of any organisation and then develop a tailored program by combining components from the various standard courses. Later, a post-assessment process ensures that objectives have been met. An example of this may be a company that upgrades its desktop operating system from Windows 98 to Windows XP Professional. Artisan|Train would conduct upgrade training sessions and assess participants for further application or refresher training on other applications as required. A change in working methods may also require customised training courses to be developed. Artisan|Train can write courses to suit specific needs. For example, a company that decides to issue laptop computers to all sales staff may need a custom training course covering care and maintenance of the laptop; transferring and synchronising files; and remote communication.
