Artisan | Integrate - Customised Integration Services

Artisan | Integrate is a value add service that allows organisations to purchase their preferred hardware solution and have their companies Standard Operating Environment (SOE) pre loaded prior to delivery. Artisan | Integrate includes both Hardware and Software integration services, all carried out by our highly skilled technicians in our Network Integration Centre.

Hardware Integration:

Artisan | Integrate can install and configure additional hardware components if required at the time of initial set up. This ensures system compatibility and guarantees the drivers required for correct functionality are present from installation.

Artisan | Integrate Hardware services include:

  • Installation of industry standard hardware components and the required drivers, including Network Interface Cards, modems, video cards, sound cards and storage devices.
  • Customised hardware settings, including BIOS Settings, Port settings, RAID configuration and hard drive partitioning.
Software Integration:

Artisan | Integrate provides custom configuration and installation of software including standard, custom and proprietary in our Network Integration Centre ( NIC ). Artisan | Integrate ensures each new machine is delivered with a uniform image and can help eliminate the lengthy process of software standardisation.

Artisan | Integrate includes:

  • Installation of customer provided SOE image
  • Installation and configuration of any additionally required applications
  • System customisation, including customer specific information such as computer name, system ID and network settings.
  • Installation of advanced system management tools.
Asset Register:

Artisan | Integrate can provide Asset tagging of your newly purchased hardware. Artisan can manage this information and provide your organisation with secure access to our web based tracking system so you can quickly determine your current hardware situation. Information recorded with the asset tag can include customer name, purchase order number, order date, make, model, specification or any other specific customer requirements.
